Twinsmom: “Wha…so early today.”
Twinsdad: “Leave the office at 7.30pm call ‘early’, so pathetic.”
Twinsmom: “No office to leave lagi pathetic.”
Twinsdad: “Want to watch movie tonight or not? Batman Begin?”
Twinsmom: “Whoa…yeah…of casue.” *beaming* immediately call SIL down stair.
Twinsmom: “Sis said she can jaga the kids, we can go movie.”
Twinsdad: “Check the paper, see the show what time.”
Twinsmom check, check, check…yee?
“Batman only afternoon and evening only lar, we can watch War of The Worlds, it is 9.30pm”
Twinsdad: “OK, you want to go Amcorp or 1 Utama, Amcorp guarantee got ticket, but 1 Utama got two cinemas now, we got better chance to get ticket, wanna try your luck?”
Twinsmom remember the last “Star War” incident, running in between two places, paid RM5 car parking fees to get the stupid movie ticket: “No, we so go to Amcorp–the place that guarantee got ticket.”
Twinsdad: “OK, you are the boss.”

In the Amcorp Mall entrance near the cinema schedule board…
Twinsmom: “Neh…neh…only afternoon show for War of The Worlds!…go 1 Utama, go 1 Utama.”
Paid RM2 parking ticket *grumble then LOL*
In 1 Utama…
Twinsmom: “You know where the new cinema located? Sis said is on the new wing.”
Twinsdad: “I not sure, never been there, we will see.”
Twinsmom: “You sure ot not?”
Twinsdad: “Not sure, but don’t ask people you know, otherwise peple will say “this two from san-ba (kampung/jungle) wan, just follow the flow.”
Twinsmom *rolled eyes*
Cinema definately on the uppest floor, so the dying-to-watch-movie-SAHM just follow her I-not-sure-but-I-know-where-it-will-be hubby rushing to one after another escalator.
Twinsmom: “Wa liao…no wander you so sure where is the location, the banding si-beh big man…”
Twinsdad: “Not so loud lar.”

The ticket counter…
Twinsdad: “War of The World, 9.30pm.”
SYT behind the counter: “Only front role, will it be OK?”
Twinscouple: “Hah!? front role?”
SYTBTC: “Or you can come back 5 minutes later, we might have the reservation seat.” Point to the upper three roles, nice seating…
Twinsdad: “OK lar, thanks”
Twinsdad: “I go for smoke, you wait here.”
Twinsmom: “I don’t want, like soh-poh (crazy woman) alone standing here in the crowd.”
Twinsdad: “Ai yah, you follow me wait for me to smoke or stand here in the crowd either way also look like soh-poh, nevermind lar.”
Twinsmom: “Hor…said I’m soh-poh, OK, tonight washing machine off-line.”
Twinsdad: “*!!!*OK, OK, I’ll be very fast, leng-lui, you just stand near the bridge wait for me.”

5 minutes later at the ticket counter…
Twinsmom: “YEAH…we got ticket…”
Twinsdad: “sshh…sshh…everybody staring at you.”
OK, we watch movie last night, in GSC 1 Utama, the movie OK, the theater nice, the air-con sooooooo cold, wander how those girls in spaghetti strip top survive, may be this is the place/way they want, so can cuddle mah, but the seat…soooooooooo….
Uncomfortable!!!! –
The head rest made my neck sore, because instead of lean backward, it lean forward, so our head was being push in front, not the comfortable way to us (Twinscouple).
I don’t know how others feel, but I will prefer the seat in Amcorp Mall’s Smile, at least the seat wouldn’t make my neck sore, doesn’t matter the sound system not so loud good in Smile, we still can catch the lines.
eeeee long time no movie with wife liow….at least 2 years liow…
who wanna jaga my bb for us to go watch movie ah?
but the ticket here in beijing very expensive, easily cost RMB60-80/ticket for nice movie like the StarWarsIII (even not so nice for me kekekeke)

Hmm, Twinsdad smokes, sort of spoiled the little impression I have for Twinsdad. I mean, in my mind, Twinsdad doesn’t smoke.
leecs, we also managed to watch our first movie two years plus after gave birth to the twins, nobody dare to take the chanllenge to look after TWO for three hours :lol:.

Jason, you write about this topic not convicing lar, you still young and single, don’t exactly know why we married couple so big deal about go for movie, err…but guess what? I think you should write, let we married couple see how a youngster think about this, yeah, write it write it, wanna see :).

msau, MG–I have been waiting for 2 years plus baru go movie again, sometime think about it very funny, but also a bit pathatic.
