Just now 10pm Arsenal got match with Manchester City, so I took over the duty put the girls to bed.
In the room I off the light and lay down with the girls, as usual Annabelle being more independent will sleep on the single mattress, but Isabelle will still prefer sleep by our side.
After 5 minutes quietly drinking water, Isabelle start asking:
“Mommy, I want stay daddy.”
“Daddy watch football tonight, you stay with mommy OK?”
“No, I want daddy.”
“You no love mommy ah? mommy love jie jie wor.”
She turned her head to another side, meanwhile Annabelle over heard what we said, she turns to me and said:
“I love mommy, v much.” :tmlol:
“I love mei mei too, very much.”
For few seconds, Isabelle turned back and said:
“I love mommy too, I stay mommy.”
*phew*… continue try to sleep… another 10 minutes passed.
Isabelle suddenly sit right up, I asked her what happen?
“I want stay daddy.”
“I told you daddy watch football leh, stay with mommy OK?”
“I want go out side, I want stay daddy.” made the want-to-cry sound too.
“*sigh* daddy come in later OK, you oii-oii first, then daddy will come in later.” (eh, I no bluff ok, Twinsdad will come into the room later mah, but three hours later lar hahaha…)
Not smooth sailing the whole lalaland journey, she not sleep at all, just keeps asking me want to stay with daddy, where is daddy.
Finally after 1 and the half hour! I came out from the room told Twinsdad about it, he smile smile then just keeps telling me how sh*t the Arsenal player handle the penalty :tmroll:
Anyway, Twinsdad said it is so cute to hear Isabelle request his present before fall in sleep.
Two hours later as usual the girls pee-pee time, Annabelle will cy for help to pee in potty, and Isabelle…*sigh* wet the nappy and call daddy.
Twinsdad went in and found her baju also wet already, call me to get another cloth, while changing her, I also talk to her lor: “come, take off the baju, mommy change for you, where is your hand, where is the kangaroo’s hand? (she refer herself as kangaroo recently)”
Wah, wah, wah… upon hearing my voice cry loudly wor… Daddy have to whisper softly to her: “Daddy here, daddy here, no cry cry….”
Apa lar! I told her:
“Tomorrow you ask your daddy cook for you hah.”
anyway…I no jealous lar, I actually so happy to see the girls so attach to their daddy. No lar, not both of them, Annabelle is kind of more independent ranger.
And funny, among the two, Isabelle is the one who recieve more punishment than Annabelle, always kena stand corner or being lightly cane by her daddy, but she still more attach to daddy, strange bird.
eh, u sure isabelle not turning SM ah? kehkehkeh. just joking ah, dun make me face the wall, thank you. i kena too much dy.

aiyo dSaint, c’mmon, the gals are only 2++ you’re talking about SM … i know you’re merely joking, but … hmm, perhaps still a bit inappropriate leh.
I guess everyone has their own’s preference … It is obvious that the bond between Isabelle and her father is stronger, that doesn’t mean that she loves her mum any lesser. She just ‘prefers’ her dad more …
I am not sure whether does this hold in your situation, but sometimes kids purposely do things wrongly to get the attention.
Afterall, which kid doesn’t like parents’ attention?
My doter just started to be closer to me after she found out I’m more fun than her mommy. KeKeKe. Daddies are known as playstation while mommies are known as feeding station mah. Hahahaha.
BTW, you don’t know what is SM ah? Will update in Laubeh one of these days.

eh heard some people comment about if baby looks like daddy then he/she grows more attach to mummy, and the other way round if baby looks like mummy then he/she will more attach to daddy loh… that means hor, Isabelle looks like u issit? haha..

honestly, i’m more attached to daddy when im small…now also…becos of dadibee not always at home, so now attached to mamibee… when dadibee come back, i will switch to dadibee… hehehe…
