The melting cream

OK, after that [cream melting accident](http://www.mariahlc.com/blog/?p=390), the next day…

SIL#1 called on the next day, I asked her for the baking supply shop number, but after called for few times, they apparently plug the line to fax machine. Anyway which mean they are in the shop, so we quickly go to the shop with the girls. Thought want to leave the girls with gu-ma, but…she has gone to clinic for check up, bumber.

by the time we arrived the shop (it call BakerMall, opposite IOI mall, along the Leong Ah 梁亚restaurant shop lot) already 10am.

Yes! they open!

went in grab a carton of cream topping from the freezer, some piping paper, and three tube of decorative sugar and left, don’t even have time social with the lady, thought want to ask her why the whipping cream turned melting also no time.

reach home at 11am, quickly beat up the cream, took out the Nutelle coated too-too-train, start piping on the decoration, use those colour sprinkles on the too-too-train as well.

half an hour, gao-tim! yeah! I am the best of te best of the best \*bleh\*, *the best of make the cake melting.* I told my father about this yesterday, he gave me an unbelievable looks.

*phew*…

See the packaging show a piece of cake right? that was why I thought it is the same with this one below–

This is the *right* cream.

the 1st one UHT whipping cream can only use for ice-cream topping, and cook white sauce pasta.

The second one whip topping baru for the cake decoration.

OK, lesson learn.

Promised BIL#2″s daughter Min-li a castle cake on next year April, guess I will not “melt” it down again. But don’t know what blur thing will happen.

    eh, most stuffs are imported stuffs? so must get these baking stuffs from the specialty store? can u get it from ordinary grocery stores like giant carrefour tesco and etc?

    anyhow, it indeed was awesome that you managed to safe the cake! good job!

    no wonder is wrong lah… you are using the “President” brand… you should go for the “Dutch First Lady” one mah!! LOL!

    p/s: you think George Bush knows how to make cake meh??

    eh egghead, not all can make cake BUT all *man* knows how to make **cream** ok. :lol: :lol:

    how to beat the cream huh? :P wanna learn leh so that i too can buy a ready-made cake to decorate it myself mah.

    uuhhhh… if it’s me, the second time around also i wouldn’t know what went wrong leh, more so get the right cream for whipping… :P

    I think so it is imported, because in the supermarket I can only find those like the *wrong* whipping cream, those can be store in the fridge, but the fresh cream have to store in the freezer when not in use.

    George B don’t know how to make cake, he only know when people made the cake, he goes share it, if people don’t give, he will say the birthday got MDW, then rob the cake :P.

    the cream have to use the mixer to beat lar, the box said 1 part of liquid (cold milk, juice, water) and 2 part of cream. then put in the mixer beat it gao-gao.
    You sure want to do it or not? have to get a lot ga-chang also wor.
