Cottage cheese pancake

Saw this pancake in one of the cooking programme, but forgot which one, and most of the ingredient, only remember the cottage cheese add to the pancake mix.
Not feeling well, but the girls want snack, chin-chai make a pancake for them, want to put honey in it, but no stamina to stand there take care of the heat, so just mix the pancake mix and add the cottage cheese.
It turned out like this–
Can see the white colour cottage cheese?
I don’t like it, tasteless.
But the girls finished it, bad taste.
Next time blog about the pancake I made —

just save me the luncheon meat one enough
at least u tried to make the pancake for them…they finished all maybe because they spent long time to wait for ur cake…hungry liao..haha

Btw, do you know the recipe to make fluffy pancake w/out using the pancake mix?
Are you feeling better already? You are not well, so whatever you eat also will be tasteless, maybe your cottage cheese pancake is very very delicious.
share share the recipe to the fluffy pancake…i only know how to make from the ready mix that u get from the supermarket.

Milly, not yet good, bad cough, now afraid will pass to the girls, see doctor taking medicine liao.
