2 pieces of chicken breast (Twinsdad comment said chicken breast too dried, so I guess chicken thigh will be better, with the skin and oil)
>> 1 large onion slice thin
>> 5 table spoon yogurt
>> 5 table spoon of thinckening cream
>> 1 table spoon of soy sauce
>> 2 table spoon of cooking oil
>> salt and pepper for season
all mix well
cover the chicken with onion slices, and pour the yogurt mixture on the chicken and onion, bake under 250* for 30 minutes.

serve with rice

It taste good, but the meat too dried.
For better chicken dish cook with yogurt, try Greenapple’s Chicken Vindaloo

I found the thickening cream in Cold Storage (Ikano), I don’t see it in the carrefour, tesco, giant, and not even JJ. have to look from the supermarket near ang-mo area, like Bangsar.

oh, kena refer … what an honour! btwn, where did you learn this … sounds yummy, but with the cream a bit fatterning … it will nevertheless taste good i believe. perhaps you can add in some herbs like parsley, basil, oregano, should be able to kick it up a notch!
shiaulin, i am glad that you like that chicken vindaloo recipe too!
Maybe can bake covered, then the last 10 minutes bake uncovered so the top part turn brown and crispy and the chicken won’t dry out….?
