This afternoon I went for a weight lose diet workshop with Phoebe’s mommy G’Hong, before the workshp start, the organizer had the check up for the participants — glucose, high cholesterol, blood pressure, and the Body Mass Index.
I am happy, really really happy to the result.
Blood pressure and glucose level OK.
Choleserol level from 5.6 drop to 5.3.
And my weight is 58kg now!!! yeah!
Before pregnant my weight was 55kg, pregnant time 75kg<>, after gave birth 69kg, breastfeeding 13 months and taking care of the twins help me lost 9kg, but the weight shoot back up after stop breastfeeding.
By the time I start exercising which was three months ago, my weight was 63kg. CNY I was 60kg, and now I am 58kg. According to the BMI reading, My idea weight should be 53kg, so? three more months?
And this also means the way I work out and my diet is correct — eat moderate and exercise at least 4 days a week, and 45 minutes each time.
Happy, happy, happy…
** Tell you all something, a year before I never thought about exercise and diet, and one of the mother I know she is very stern on her exercise and diet, at that time I always laugh and criticise her on exercise “ai yah, fat a bit nevermind wan lar, why have to be so slim, blah blah blah…”, and now? everytime I exercise I think about her, hahaha… feel so bad to “zhat” her that time.

ok I must continue to do my exercise liao, even work harder! starting… tomorrow

i never gain any weight after chloe was born.. nor put on any.
All my weight gain during pregnancy.. was chloe. But i am still very fat.. before pregnant.
I hope soon with chloe getting older.. i can have more time for exercise . .and eating right…

I am so envious now! I MUST exercise too!
Actually eat in moderation plus exercise is the best way to lose weight, no short cut!
And the best thing about exercise is it lead to good health! Keep it up!

Why are most women always the poor souls and victims after giving birth? … sigh … Want to eat more oso cannot. When I was in my younger days (heehee, yes, younger days), ppl used to call me ’skinny’ or some will say “yau jum doh ng fei” (soak in oil oso will not get fat) but now … aiya … ppl don’t call me ‘fatty’, I’m oredi happy. Really must work hard on the EXERCISE thingy liao. *sob*
Me no choice har…mothe cook unhealthy, cockroach, her son must eat unhealthy also.
Busy until no time to eat(somtimes lunch can become supper one…), no time to exciese…so….

congratulations! must be very happy..when a woman lost weight is a BIG BIG news for her, hehe.
before pregnant,i was 44kg, during pregnant i was ?? (forget liao), after delivered JJ, i was 54kg, now i am between 44 and 45kg..hehe..but as jesslyn said, stil feel my arms got so much meat..hehe
This is great, I am thinking lost weight too, but no action. Write more about your plan, it will motivate me more, doing this by yourself is hard, I need a partner lah. LEt get going,, my goal is 50 kg. Deal!
Hehehe. Good for you. I lost 6kg liao. From 61kg to 55kg. Yippee!! We keep each other company.

52-53kg was my pre-pregnancy weight. I guess my target.. until I can wear my old clothes back loh. Now still kenot fit yet.
