batman t-shirt and champion league

Last night around 9pm Twinsdad asked me where was his batman t-shirt — a black t-shirt with a black batman logo he printed and ironed on. He wanted to wear it to the mamak, watch Champion League final with friends.
*Sometime ago he told me this t-shirt is very important for him, he didn’t say much beyond that, and I didn’t ask. Later then only I know he doesn’t wants to jinx it!*
I told him his batman t-shirt is on the bed. Later I went to bath, when I came out from the bathroom, he looks like a very sad kid 一脸无辜. I asked him why, he said “you go see my batman t-shirt!”
Oh no, Gosh… the batman print on the t-shirt was spoilt! He said he iron it as usual — with a piece of cloth on top of the print. But don’t know why this time the print just came off.
He was so sad… then he broke the “secret” behind the batman t-shirt he print — it suppose to be an amulet to his football team — Arsenal.
Since the Champion League started, he has been wearing this t-shirt to watch every Arsenal match, and Arsenal never lose and ended up in the final.
So Twinsdad supposed to wear the t-shirt to the final match, but then it was spoilt! He felt so sad, and also felt that it was a bad omen for Arsenal to win in the final.
Then you all know the result lar har.
He is really a big kid, not till last night the t-shirt got problem I will not know why he so ‘gan-jiong’ about the Batman t-shirt.
Well, guess everyone have something to pantang-lalang with, to my big baby, everything happen before a football match indicate something *shake head*… luckily he didn’t go to temple and pray for Arsenal (Oops! hope I didn’t put an idea in his mind).
Aww… Nevermind, lose already, next year come back again loh~! At least they put a fight with 10 men leh and even scored 1 goal.
Still Barcelona won it with style.

I know nothing abt football, but I do know abt ironing. Next time want to iron this printed T-shirt, always turn the T inside out and iron from the back. Do not you too high heat! Opps. Sorry that Ar…whatever lost. So in world cup who do you think will win?

World Cup who win I don’t know lar, the only thing I know is my blog suddenly floated with World Cup betting spam mail :roll:.

When comes to sports, suddenly all men (hardcore sport fans) become superstitious. Sigh..moe hui dey fu!

ahhhh… so Arsenal lost becoz of Twinsdad ah? no wonder lah!! LOL!
also ah… why T-shirt also need to iron one ah? wah lau

iron the t-shirt? to be exact is iron the logo print, because it show tiny crack verytime after wash, so after ironning, the crack will gone, and smooth again lor LOL….
Wah, if really the T-shirt got relation with Arsenal losing you should blog this earlier before the match kick off leh. I will borrow money and throw all my money on Barcelona win. sigh sigh…I almost become millionaire if your blog came out one day earlier. For sure a gift with 1 million T-shirt with Batman logo is not a problem at all.

Yalor… how come T-shirt also wanna iron wor? After harvest from under the sun then straight away fold and stack all up, when want to wear that time nice and smooth ahahahah…. lazy way lah, but it works

Tell u hor. Pappy oso got this pantang-lalang thing when he goes to Genting leh. He always wear his favourite shirt - he said very ‘wong’ wor. Haiya. Men oso pantang one meh? Funny hor?

LOL… then this is the first time I heard that go Genting need special baju, I only heard that some people wear an amulet or something.

Fortunately my hubby doesn’t have this sort of pantang even he is a super supporter of football match.

hehe..yaya, i oso got pantang larang one :P. My pantang is I can’t watch champions league when Man U plays, cause everytime I wastch they loose..not only once but every game also like that lahh….So everytime they play, i gotta sleep
