选择性的相信

我的脾气一向是很不耐烦的,相当暴躁,年纪越大我学会装饰我的脾气。很多时候当我不高兴或生气的时候,我选择沉默,只有不出声我才不会脱口骂人,当然这沉默的功夫我学了相当时候。

而且我的脾气也只有在非常熟悉的人面前才会发作,至于对朋友我很有耐心和礼貌。如果有一天我对你发飒的话,恭喜你了,我把你当亲人了,荣幸不?

但是随着孩子越来越大,她们渐渐已懂得很多小孩的淘气,学舌,明知故犯,装聋作哑,等等绝活。而我忍耐的功力逐渐减退。曾经在英文部落格里我记下和她们的对话,很多时候我是处于很生气的状况,但是每每当我用文字表达出来之后,我给很多人一个印象 — 我很可爱。不是我说的,是读者依猫我和我说的:“Twinsmom, you just so cute!”

为什么会觉得我可爱?而不是很讨厌,这么挖苦和骂两个小朋友。为什么我又会忽然间想起这事?

刚才和父母亲,Earthtone夫妇,子衡宝宝,惠颉一起吃饭,整顿饭下来我是很不耐烦(掹噌),因为两个小朋友不是吃饭,是玩饭,要不呢就是把饭含在口里,不咬也不吞,要不呢就是直说要上厕所,一个接一个。弄得我的头好像迪斯尼卡通片Hercules里的Hades一样,豁!火起三千丈!

当时Earthtone说在我的部落格里看不出我这么不耐烦,在部落格里我通常给人的印象很温和,很有礼貌。尤其应付一些在她看来很不可理喻的留言,我还是会从容面对和回应,一点也不觉得我不耐烦。

我的回复是:“在我的文字里经常都显示出我的脾气和性格,只是因为朋友和读者对我厚爱有加,所以就算我真的在字里行间有发飒和诅咒,大家都选择性的相信我并非真的这么臭脾气。大家愿意相信我是个很友善的人,所以我的错在他们的眼中都成了可爱,而且容易被原谅。”

是吗?我们有选择性的听我们愿意听到的话,有选择性的看我们所愿意看到的事,我们都有选择性的相信我们所愿意相信的一切,就算事实上发生的事并非我们所想像中的坏或好,但是我们还是选择一个我们愿意相信的理由来解析一个不争的事实。

    话说回头, 谁没有脾气呢? 只是我们选择不把脾气发泄在一些无辜的人身上罢了… 🙂

    I only know you better in these 2 years on the blog and I realise I forgot about this mang chang you.

    What a contrast to me, so peaceful with Baobao.. I told her I will tell her how to manage..when my own baobao is 3 years old..hahaha..

    wah..I dunno with 3 swirls on his head..how much more mang chang I will be.

  4. 哈哈哈.我也是这样告诉我的好朋友们,如果哪一天我对他们和谐可亲,大概是我们的友谊要破裂了…
    so far…他们都宁愿和我的友谊破裂.

  5. Using babel fish to read this and I hope I get the gist of it. I am also like you, mini volcano that sometimes will explode. My mum ask me not to be so “chup jeok” or think before reacting.

    Sometimes with children, I just close 1 eye. Just let it be.

  8. Hi! Hi! I learned Chinese overnight so that I can come and read your blog. Hehe. Actually I’m also using Babel Fish and I just want you to know that sometimes “my fire also gets 3000 ten feet high” Hahaha. Eh, you bluff me lah, say going to live in my comment board but no show. 🙁

    I’m laughing my head off now because when I want to key in my particulars to comment, babelfish refer to email as “electricity postal”

    Aiyah! I accidentally replied in the babel translated comment box instead of here, now have to retype all over again.

  9. 哈哈!!与我一样,朋友问我有骂和打小孩吗?我说当然有,不然他们会那么听话吗??(其实骂了打了也一样不听话). 她们说我不像会骂人和打小孩,她们说我像很温顺的人.
